I. Return policy:

1. Refund conditions:

Cancellation period: Within 24 hours of payment being processed or if your order is shipped via courier, we are usually unable to cancel or update your order details once your order has been placed. You have been placed.

3. How do I return an order?

Follow the steps below to initiate a return via email:

– Enter the order code or phone number you used to purchase.

– Select the item(s) you want to return.

– You will receive a return confirmation email once the return request is approved.

4. Check the quality of returned goods:

– When a returned item arrives at our warehouse, we will inspect and/or test it to ensure it is eligible for return and meets the applicable return requirements listed above.
